GreenWealth Looks Ahead To 2024

With gratitude, the GreenWealth Energy team takes a moment to reflect on 2023, a year of remarkable achievements and milestones. Our journey, fueled by dynamic partnerships and groundbreaking projects, has been focused on establishing equitable and reliable electric vehicle (EV) charging across California and beyond.

Growing Our Team and Capabilities

  • Expanding Our Team: We doubled number of full-time employees in 2023, while strengthening the diversity of our team with the help of workforce development programs.

  • New Leadership: We welcomed our sales and operations leader Namrita Merino, who joins us after 22 years at Southern California Edison, where she built the largest EV charging rebate program in the country.

  • $0 Upfront Cost Services: In 2023, we forged a new partnership with BlocPower, the national leader of financed clean energy solutions, to provide EV-as-a-Service and revenue based financing options for our clients.

  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M): We expanded our in-house capabilities to include operating and maintaining EV chargers for our municipal and multifamily programs. We are proud to service our inaugural client, the City of Santa Monica, on EV charging maintenance across the city.

  • Hundreds of EV Chargers Installed and In Development: GreenWealth Energy has been at the forefront of expanding EV infrastructure. We have proudly designed, engineered, and installed hundreds of charging stations, significantly contributing to the accessibility and reliability of EV charging options.  Our customers include Southern California Gas Company, Panda Restaurant Group, Kennedy Wilson, Klein Financial, and others.

Championing a Clean Energy Future

  • Leading the Conversation: Our CEO, Ariel Fan, played a pivotal role in the "Equitable MultiFamily EV Charging" panel at the Global Transmission's EV Charging Infrastructure West 2023 Conference, igniting important dialogues on inclusive charging solutions.

Installing Chargers and Training the Workforce

  • Reaching Underserved Communities: In partnership with Los Angeles County, we are excited to launch a new program #Charge4All which will provide no-cost EV charging to multifamily buildings in Southern California, supported by the California Energy Commission grant funds and BlocPower. This program aims to provide 15,000 households with EV charging access by 2028.
